Approximately two-thirds of the 700,000 people in the United States who
suffer a stroke each year will require rehabilitation. Stroke survivors
often have complex rehabilitation needs and recovery is ongoing and unique
for each person. Although rehabilitation does not reverse brain damage,
the goal is to enable an individual to reach the highest possible level of
independence and to be as productive as possible following a stroke. Join
our panel to learn about the newest technology available, to find out
whats involved in a stroke rehabilitation program and why
rehabilitation is an important part of recovery. Little Company of Mary
San Pedro Hospital Rehabcentre is one of only four rehab programs
in Southern California to earn the Stroke Specialty Program designation
by CARF.
Reservations requested. Please call the LCM Solutions Center at 1-800-618-6659
