Ethics: Our hospital has a Code of Ethics highlighting our
commitment to the integrity of our relationships with patient, physicians,
employees, volunteers, third party payers and the community. It addresses the
following areas: Patient Care, Quality of Care, Respect for the Individual,
Marketing, External Relationships, Potential Conflicts of Interest, Fair
Billing Practices and Confidentiality. This policy is available to you in
its entirety upon request.
Patient Satisfaction Results: We are strongly committed to
patient and family satisfaction. In 2002, 61% of patients graduating from the
program completed a Discharge Satisfaction Survey. 100% or responders indicated
overall satisfaction with the program! Of those responding, 98%
indicated that they were satisfied with the pain management components of our
program. In addition, 100% of responders indicated satisfaction with our
teams sensitivity to culture and language!
Diagnostic Mix: The Rehabcentre serves a variety of patients
with serious medical needs.
